Meet Our Team

Jamie Dulany

Executive Director

Jamie has grown up in the Alcoa community and in the Alcoa school system from Kindergarten through senior year. She has served as an assistant coach for volleyball and women’s basketball at Alcoa High School for many years now and she has worked in ministry for over a decade in several different capacities. She served as the Youth Director at Alcoa First United Methodist Church and then as an Area Representative for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). She has also worked in the nonprofit world for several years at Emerald Youth Foundation in Knoxville.

Jamie graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a B.A in Marketing and this is also where she met her husband Clint. Clint is a Nashville native, but a converted Alcoa enthusiast. The Dulanys love to spend their time traveling and watching any sporting event together (especially if we know the young people playing!)

Tyren Mcnear

Program & Student Relations Intern

Tyren is the newest addition to the All Are Worthy staff and will be serving for the next year as the Program and Student Relations Intern. He has grown up in the Alcoa community and graduated from Alcoa High School in 2019. He is currently a senior at the University of Tennessee Knoxville majoring in Marketing and has been serving as a volunteer small group leader since the very beginning stages of All Are Worthy.

Tyren was a part of Jamie’s youth group throughout middle and high school and always stood out as a leader among his peers. His high energy and positivity is contagious and people are naturally drawn to him. He has the ability to communicate with and build relationships with people from all walks of life and he is passionate about pouring back into the lives of young people in his community.

Tyren’s role consists of taking on administrative tasks, helping plan for high school small groups and events, continuing to walk with and build relationships with students, while also dreaming about the upcoming young adult programs! In his spare time, he enjoys working out, playing basketball with friends, traveling, and exploring nature. Tyren has already made such huge impacts in the lives of so many, including Jamie and Clint, and the All Are Worthy organization is lucky to have him on staff and as a part of our community!
