Partner With Us
AAW intends to partner with and connect our students to local churches, ministries & community leaders who have a heart for the Alcoa community. At AAW, we believe that in order to serve our students holistically, it is important that we partner with other organizations, churches, individuals and community leaders who have a heart for building relationships with and providing resources for students that will help them be successful. We believe the more people connected to & pouring into our young people, the better!
Sponsor A Senior
Help us celebrate our seniors as they prepare for their next chapter of life by giving toward a bible & graduation gift, writing cards throughout the year and helping with a senior end of year celebration

Become A Board Member
Assist AAW in fundraising initiatives, promoting the vision and mission of our organization in our community, provide creative input and help propel our programs forward while attending regular meetings and supporting the Executive Director and ministry as a whole.
Help Connect Students To Specific Resources
Help our students get connected to scholarships, job opportunities, internships, mentorship, education and anything that will help our students grow & reach their goals.

Become A Small Group Leader
Work directly with high school students each week through small group time, activities, service projects, mental health nights and fun gatherings. Attend leader meetings and training. We are looking for people who have a passion for our community and who are dedicated to loving, encouraging and pouring into Alcoa highschool students on a regular basis.
Write Letters To Students & Leaders
We see value in connecting each of our young people and leaders to others in our community who may not have the capacity to serve on a regular basis, but would love to share regular encouragement and kindness through cards, gifts, or other creative ways.

Donate A Meal for A Wednesday Night Gathering
Every week we gather together at Springbrook gym and provide programming along with a meal for students. This meal is important because students are coming straight from practices, work or other clubs and need dinner provided. This meal is also a time for us all to sit around tables and enjoy fellowship together!
Make A Financial Gift
We are only able to serve students through generous donations and monthly givers. Your financial partnership allows All Are Worthy to continue building positive community with young people, connecting them to resources, providing opportunities for growth, mentorship and service, along with providing a safe and fun environment for people to belong to and be completely loved and accepted!

Connect AAW to Service Opportunities
Each month our group participates in a service project that allows us to love people in creative ways, fill a need for people in our neighborhoods, or just give back to the community we live in. We would love to build partnerships and form connections with other individuals, groups or organizations that do the same thing.
Help Connect Young Adults to Job/Career
Participate in job fairs, provide information on job and internship opportunities, educate on resume and cover letter building, help with job applications and interview training. Help young adults make the transition from school to professional world.
