Mission Statement

All Are Worthy exists to build community and empower young people in Alcoa, TN to pursue a life dedicated to serving their neighbors, growing as leaders and loving all people like Jesus.

Our Values

Gospel Focused

All activities, events and content in programs will be based on the Gospel and how Jesus calls us to love and serve all people.

Gospel Focused

This does not exclude any students or families who do not believe in the Gospel or identify with Christian values.

Unity/Equality

All who join our program are seen, valued and treated with kindness, respect and generosity despite differences in culture, ethnicity, gender, or socio-economic status.

Unity/Equality

This does not mean that we will deny any differences in opinions or questions, but that we will always point people back to the love of Jesus and promote a culture of acceptance.

Relationships

Our focus is on building deep and meaningful relationships with young people and their families that extend past their time in our program.

Relationships

We do not prioritize numbers and soulless programs over students and families. Deep relationships with the students involved are our main and immediate priority.

Discipleship

We are committed to walking through life with students helping guide and support them in what God has called them to, while mirroring the love of Jesus in all we do.

Discipleship

This doesn’t mean that we force anyone to believe or participate in anything they are not comfortable with. We aren’t forcing the Gospel on students or families, but are a ministry that exists to love and serve all people as Jesus taught.

Service Minded

Focused on serving our neighborhoods in Alcoa, our country as a whole and the world around us. Participating in community service projects along with local and foreign mission work.

Service Minded

We are not creating menial work for each student to participate in. We want to encourage students to serve others and spread the love of Jesus through projects they are passionate about and have vested interest in.
